We arrived at Robert’s Field on a glorious, hot sunny day for the wedding of Nikki and Lee. A mere 5 minutes from the A3, it could have been a million miles away as we were amongst the quiet and dreamy rolling hills of the countryside with spectacular views over Surrey. Those fortunate to be sleeping in Bell Tents definitely had best spot.
Roberts Field provided the perfect romantic spot under a shaded tree for the couple, who were surrounded by their guests for the ceremony. After which we served thirst quenching drinks of Summer Cup Pimms for everyone on arrival. Guests soaked up the glorious sunshine whilst seated on hay bales and deck chairs.
The marque from Tents n Events was dressed in a bright summer theme and hosted an evening of laughter and fun for all. Bottles of White and Red wine, sparkling and still water, with a Prosecco for the toast provided the perfect drinks package for guests to accompany their wedding breakfast. A scrumptious selection of food served by Fat Hog Big Pan satisfied everyone’s taste buds, with succulent slow roasted Hampshire meats and delicious big pan dishes cooked on giant whisky barrels. Creating a centre piece, the chef cooked in full view of the guests; the smell of the fresh flavours and the sounds of the food cooking certainly got the guest mouths watering.
DJ Mitch Matthews provided top sounds all day long to create a lovely ambience during the day and brilliant atmosphere for the evening, that had everyone humming, singing, tapping and strutting their dance moves.
